Over the last few days, there have been rumors circulating regarding new Nintendo Switch models. The first rumor is that there will be a more powerful gaming console coming soon. The second is that there will be a smaller-budget version before they release a more powerful version of the Switch.

Honson, a company based out of China, has been making accessories for gaming consoles since 2004. Recently, they have put a landing page on their website for “Nintendo Switch Mini” accessories. All of these accessories are currently marked “Sold Out” or unavailable. Fortunately, those products showcase what many think the Switch Mini will look like.

The rumors and the landing page indicate that Nintendo may be creating a “2DS” version of the Switch by removing some of the unique features, such as the removable Joy-Con controllers. From the images circulating, the change in design involves shoulder buttons that seem to wrap around the corners more than the Joy-Con version does. The D-pad also seems to be a normal D-pad instead of four separate buttons.

Nintendo still hasn’t officially revealed whether a Switch Mini is actually in the works. Nevertheless, if the rumors are true, we could see a Switch Mini by the end of 2019.
