In Windows 10, most of the settings and controls are divided between the Settings menu and the Control Panel. This can be frustrating if you are looking in the Control Panel for a specific setting and can’t find it. If you’re tired of switching back and forth between Settings and Control Panel to locate a specific customization option, you might want to consider setting up God Mode.

God Mode is a feature that allows you to access all of the settings and controls for your device in one place. The benefits of God Mode are manifold: it gives a person easy access to all of the options available to personalize a device, and it also organizes these options by category.

To set up God Mode, follow these simple steps:

  1. Check to make sure the account you’re logged into is an administrator account.

  2. Right click on desktop and click New > Folder.

  3. Copy and paste the following into the folder name: GodMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}

***Make sure to keep the brackets and the period.***

The folder icon will then change to a control panel icon.

From now on, you should see all of your settings from the Windows 10 Settings menu and from the Control Panel in a single location.
